According to data compiled by the charity Citizens Advice, in 2020 Green Energy UK saw an average of 12.5 complaints per 10,000 customers escalated to a third party, including the Energy Ombudsman, a dispute resolution organisation recognised by the energy industry. This is pretty low compared to many of the firm’s competitors that year.

The supplier is well-rated by both Citizens Advice and online customer reviews, particularly when it comes to the speed with which it responds to customer queries. Green Energy UK also offers a range of tariff types, including time-of-use tariffs, at reasonably competitive rates.
