To get a smart meter with Economy Energy, you just need to register your interest by either filling out this online form or calling 0333 103 9053.

As soon as there’s an engineer available in your area, Economy Energy will call or email you – whichever form of contact you’ve requested – to set a convenient date.

How do I contact Economy Energy?

What is a 'dual fuel' tariff?

With one of these tariffs you’ll get both your gas and electricity from the same supplier. This makes life a lot easier. There’s one bill, one direct debit, one number to call if you need to speak to someone. A dual fuel tariff could save you money, but it’s not necessarily the cheapest option.

In some cases, it’s still cheaper to have your gas and electricity provided by separate suppliers.

    I cannot find any letters with my account number. I need to know my account number to apply for Warm Home Discount.

      Upon checking, according to Economy Energy, you can find your account number on your welcome letter. You may also want to get in touch with their support team so they can get it for you. They would ask you for your postcode first.

    I’ve been harassed by this company for months. They’re saying I’m due. I’ve phoned over 30 times and I keep getting told it will be sorted. I’m sick of it. I want this ended.

    Hello you have sent me letters to tell me you owe me money around 12 weeks ago now and I spoke to a member of your staff around 2 weeks ago she said she would process the refund which would take 10 day the anther 3 days after that and still you haven’t refunded this please give me information reguarding this matter thankyou
