• Can I get free delivery on Black Friday?

  Yes! Free delivery on all orders, no minimum spend.

• How long will it take for my Black Friday order to arrive?

  Furniture orders can take 8–10 weeks. If you’re just ordering bedding or accessories, though, you can expect to get your item(s) within 5 working days.

• When’s the next big sale after Black Friday?

  It kicks off early December, so blink and there’s another sale. It offers discounts of up to 50% on certain items.

• Are these really the best deals of the year?

  Certainly up there, if not the best. The post-Christmas sales offer some hefty discounts and the autumn savers are worth a look, too.

• Are returns free?

  Mostly, no. If your item isn’t damaged or faulty then a collection fee of £38 is charged. For smaller items like pillows, you can take them to a local store and exchange them there.
