Clarks’s returns policy
Clarks offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging and condition. Items can be returned to store, via the Post office or via a pick up point
- Return to store: Take the item along with your despatch note, completed returns form and the debit/credit card you used to pay to your nearest store.
- Return via Post Office: Use the Royal Mail returns label that is attached to your despatch note and attach it to the parcel containing your items. Take the parcel to any Post office and remember to obtain proof of postage
- Return via Pick Up Point Use the Collect+ label that is attached to your despatch note and attach it to the parcel containing your items. Take the parcel to any of the 5800+ local Collect+ stores and remember to obtain proof of postage.
