How do I make a claim?
If you need to make a claim on your car insurance policy, you can complete the form on the Go Girl website under the ‘Make A Claim’ section.
If you require urgent assistance because your vehicle is not driveable and the damage is covered under your policy, you should report your claim by calling 03300248000.
What is my excess?
An excess is the amount of money you contribute when you make a claim. The amount of your excess will vary depending on the car that’s covered, its age and the experience of the drivers on your policy.
