Fair Everywhere has been discontinued and no longer offers online banking services.

Fair Everywhere offers online banking services to a range of businesses across the UK. In this guide, you’ll discover the features available with these accounts and how they compare to other options.

What is Fair Everywhere?

Fair Everywhere is a business account which focuses on offering fees and currency rates on international payments.

Its parent company FairFX has been setting fair international payment rates and fees since 2007.

If your business makes payments to several countries, you could save a lot of money using Fair Everywhere compared to a standard business bank account.

Opening an account is effortless. No signatures or branch visits are required, just a simple identity check and you’re ready to start saving.

What features are available with a Fair Everywhere account?

Here are the key selling points of this business bank account:

  • Unlimited Mastercard debit cards. Give a card to every employee and track their individual spending.
  • An intelligent mobile app. View and manage your account on-the-go from your phone.
  • Create balances in multiple currencies. You can open a wallet for pounds, euros or US dollars.
  • Automatically earn cashback when spending with retail partners. There are more than 50 major UK high street retailers partnered with Fair Everywhere, including Asda and Sainsbury’s.

Integration with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Sage, Xero and Concur is supposedly being made available soon.

What fees will you have to pay?

The sign-up fee is £55, plus £5 for each additional debit card you want. The monthly account fee is £12.50.

You’ll pay 30p every time a direct debit, standing order or online next day fast payment is made. It will cost £1.50 to withdraw cash from an ATM.

What about international fees?

The currency conversion fee is 2.5%. The international point of sale fee is 2.75%. When withdrawing cash from a foreign ATM, you’ll pay £3, plus a 2.75% currency conversion fee.

Pros and cons

  • A business bank account tailored to those making international payments.
  • Create balances in multiple currencies.
  • Earn cashback when spending at 50+ UK retail partners.

  • No in-branch customer service.
  • The application fee, account fees and charge for additional cards are reasonably high.
  • The currency conversion fees aren’t that much better than what’s offered by other banks.

The bottom line

This provider might offer superior rates on international payments, but these will most likely be cancelled out by the high account fees.

We show offers we can track - that's not every product on the market...yet. Unless we've said otherwise, products are in no particular order.
