Features of a Tulo mattress
What are the mattresses made of?
Tulo mattresses are made with memory foam and have a woven cover.
All three mattresses in the Comfort Series contain four levels of foam, including a base level. The base level of foam’s density determines if the mattress is soft, medium or firm.
Do I need a box spring?
No — but you can use one if you’d like. Tulo mattresses can be placed on any flat surface.
How many years does a Tulo mattress last?
Tulo offers a 10-year limited warranty on all of its mattresses.
In general, the average memory foam mattress can last between six and 10 years before it might need to be replaced.
Can I rotate or flip the Tulo mattress?
Don’t flip your Tulo, since its layers are designed in a specific order. But you can rotate your mattress from head to toe periodically to help it wear evenly.
Tulo sizing guide
All Tulo mattresses come in six standard sizes. Comfort Series mattresses are 10 inches thick, while Liv mattresses are nine.

Prices and payment
The Liv mattress is slightly more budget-friendly than the Comfort Series, but both are priced well under some popular competitors. Expect to pay $590 for a queen-sized Liv, compared to $699 for a queen in the Comfort Series.
Tulo pillows are $89 each and come in one size and fit standard-size pillowcases.
Securely pay for your order on Tulo’s site using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or SetPay financing.
Shipping and delivery
Can I get free delivery?
Yes. Tulo offers free shipping on all orders to the continental US. Free in-home setup of your new mattress and free removal of your old one come with most deliveries, although this option is unavailable in select locations.
Unfortunately, Tulo doesn’t currently deliver to Alaska or Hawaii.
Does Tulo offer a trial period?
It sure does! Try your new bed risk-free for 120 nights to see if it’s the perfect fit.
What’s Tulo’s return policy?
If you don’t love your Tulo mattress at any point within the 120-night trial, contact customer service to receive a refund. The company recommends that you try your mattress for at least 30 days before requesting a return, as it can take that amount of time to break in a new bed.
Pillows can’t be returned or exchanged.
Are Tulo returns free?
Yes. Tulo covers the cost of return shipping and works with you to arrange a pickup date and time.
How do I return items to Tulo?
Call 866-329-5597 or email email@example.com to request a return.
You don’t have to worry about putting your mattress back in the box or even taking it off your bed frame. Simply arrange a pickup date and time, and Tulo will take care of the rest.
How can I track my order?
At checkout, you’ll choose a delivery date and time window so you’ll know exactly when to expect your mattress to arrive. Depending on your location, you can schedule a delivery as soon as the next business day, as long as the mattress you want is in stock.
How can I contact customer support?
Tulo customer service is readily available on online chat during normal business hours. You can also call 866-329-5597 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What sets this brand apart?
Tulo mattresses are designed to be high-quality, yet affordably priced. And with the introduction of the Comfort Series, you don’t have to sacrifice customization for your budget. Choose soft, medium or firm, depending on your sleeping position preference and specific needs.
What do people say about this brand?
The vast majority of online reviews for Tulo rave about its blend of comfort and value.
Many customers say they’re happy they stayed within budget and ended up with a comfortable, high-quality mattress.
A smaller number of reviewers say that this bed was too firm. So if you’re on the fence between soft and medium or medium and firm, consider going the softer route.
Why should I shop at Tulo?
- Free red-carpet delivery. Most delivery locations qualify for free mattress setup and removal.
- 120-night trial. Not happy with your new bed? No problem. Tulo offers a risk-free trial and free returns.
- Budget friendly. Tulo offers a range of mattress options that won’t break the bank and holds frequent sales.
- Only one material type to choose from. Tulo currently only offers memory foam beds. So if you’re looking for latex or a hybrid, you’re out of luck.
Is Tulo better than Allswell?
Tulo and Allswell both offer budget-friendly mattresses — though the classic Allswell is slightly less expensive than Tulo’s Liv.
Allswell is a hybrid mattress, consisting of a layer of individually wrapped coils topped with cooling foam. Tulo’s Comfort Series has four layers of memory foam, including a cooling layer for added comfort. Both the Allswell and Comfort Series are 10 inches thick.
Perhaps the biggest difference between Tulo and Allswell is that Tulo offers several firmness levels, while Allswell only offers one. So if you’re picky about how soft or firm your mattress is, Tulo might edge out Allswell by a hair.
Should I get a Tulo mattress?
Without sacrificing quality, durability or options, Tulo offers a budget-friendly range of mattresses for those shopping for a new bed in a specific price range.
