Topdeck's exact change policies vary, depending on the location of the tour you booked. Read the terms and conditions before checking out to understand the exact risk. You can usually make modifications to your booking for free 42 days or more prior to departure. After that, requested changes might incur a fee.
If you're prevented from traveling due to an unforeseen event such as illness or jury duty, Topdeck might let you transfer your booking to another eligible traveler, as long as you give at least 21 days notice.
When's the next sale?
Topdeck has discounted tours available all year round on its Deals page.
Check back on Black Friday and Cyber Monday specifically, as travel sites like Topdeck tend to have deeply discounted rates available during this time.
Otherwise, we recommend scouring Topdeck's last-minute trips, where you're likely to find the best deals.
Under these policies, you can change your flight once without any fees, as long as you travel within the departure dates specified by the individual airline policy.
Pay for your Topdeck reservation using Visa or Mastercard. Note that American Express is not accepted.
Topdeck recommends travel insurance, but doesn't require it.
The perks? You'll be covered in case of medical emergencies, lost or stolen luggage and transportation mishaps. Weigh the pros and cons of the financial risk before deciding whether or not to purchase travel insurance.
Check to make sure it's valid and applicable to the tour you've selected, including location and travel dates. Contact Topdeck directly for help using a specific code.
