Paris Pass cancellation and refund policies
If you haven't activated your Paris Pass yet, you can cancel it withing 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 2.5% processing fee. If you have activated your Paris Pass and started using it, you won't be able to get a refund.
How much is shipping?
When you order a Paris Pass, you've got two options: collect it in person in Paris for about $2 or ship it to your home directly.
Standard shipping ranges from about $4 to $11 and takes up to 15 business days. Express shipping ranges from about $11 to $44 and takes up to six business days. Note that Paris Pass isn't able to ship to US military addresses at this time.
