The best performing companies today were Alibaba Group Holding Limited ADRs (BABA, up 11.0%) and Roku Inc. (ROKU, up 10.3%).
The market again traded fairly flat. The S&P 500, down 1.1%, was the worst of the major indexes.

Alibaba Group Holding Limited ADRs (BABA) was the standout gainer today.
Shares in the company rose 11.0% to $115.83.
“Chinese companies rallied on news that government had approved a large number of tech game licenses, suggesting regulations may ease,” said Finder Finance News Editor Ron Prichard.

The second-best mover was Roku Inc., the NASDAQ company.
It rose 10.3% to reach $103.00.
“Reports suggested a deal may be in the world to join with Netflix,” Prichard said.
