The best performing companies in trading today were Pinduoduo Inc. ADRs (PDD, up 17.0%) and Alibaba Group Holding Limited ADRs (BABA, up 10.0%).
The market finished the week with another day of big losses. The Dow gave up more than 4%, the S&P 500 2.9%, and the Dow fell 900 points. The Nasdaq and S&P 500 closed the month at their lowest point in 2022.

Shares in the company rose 17.0% to $44.42.

Second place for market gainers went to Alibaba Group Holding Limited ADRs (BABA), the NYSE company.
It rose 10.0% to reach $100.01.
“Both big gainers today are Chinese companies and were lifted by China plans to try to stimulate a lagging economy,” said Finder Finance News Editor Ron Prichard.
