The market overall found some room to bounce back from recent losses, with the Dow up 1.3%, the S&P 500 2% and the Nasdaq 2.8%.

Sea Limited ADRs (SE) was the biggest gainer today.
Shares in the company rose 14.0% to $80.16 after the Singapore shipper reported solid quarterly results.

The second-best mover was Nio Inc. ADRs (NIO), the NYSE company.
It rose 13.1% to reach $16.45.
“This is one of the Chinese stocks getting a lift from speculation that regulations are about to ease,” said Finder Finance News Editor Ron Prichard.
