Top performer badges in trading today go to AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. (AMC, up 20.7%) and Tesla Inc. (TSLA, up 7.9%).
The Nasdaq led a positive day in the market today, climbing 1.3%. The S&P 500 rose 0.7% and the Dow added 0.3%.

Largest gains in U.S. markets Monday, March 28, 2022

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. (AMC) was the standout gainer today.
Shares in the company rose 20.7% to $24.43.
“CEO Adam Aron appeared on CNBC and said a recent acquisition of a mining company is already paying off, and suggested similar moves might lie ahead,” said Finder Finance News Editor Ron Prichard.

Another strong performer was Tesla Inc. (TSLA), the NASDAQ company.
It rose 7.9% to reach $1,090.84.
Tesla announced plans for a stock split that would send additional shares to shareholders.
