The best performing stocks on the NYSE and Nasdaq today were Bilibili Inc. ADRs (BILI, up 11.2%) and Nio Inc. ADRs (NIO, up 7.5%).
The market posted a third consecutive positive day, with the Dow up 0.8%, the SD&P 500 up 1.2% and the Nasdaq Composite gaining 2%. For the week, the Dow added 5.3%, the S&P 500 tacked on 6.2% and the Nasdaq surged 8.6%.

Bilibili Inc. ADRs (BILI) was the biggest gainer today.
Shares in the company rose 11.2% to $26.50.
“BiliBili announced it would pursue a dual listing on the Hong Kong exchange as well as the Nasdaq, avoiding a potential issue with Chinese regulators,” said Finder Finance News Editor Ron Prichard.

The second-best mover was Nio Inc. ADRs (NIO), another U.S. listed China stock. It rose 7.5% to reach $20.24.
Chinese stocks have been rallying this week after the government there promised support for its struggling market.
