The best performing stocks in NYSE and Nasdaq trading today were Ericsson ADRs (ERIC, up 6.0%) and Biontech Se ADRs (BNTX, up 5.2%).
After an afternoon bounce Monday, the market resumed its decline, with the Nasdaq falling 2.3% and the S&P dropping 1.2%.

Ericsson ADRs (ERIC) was the largest gainer today.
Shares in the company rose 6.0% to $11.55.
“This Sweden-based telecom released strong results for the quarter, feeding off demand for 5G. It’s a bright spot on the day,” said Finder Finance News Editor Ron Prichard.

In second spot for market gains was Biontech Se ADRs (BNTX). The NASDAQ company rose 5.2% to reach $158.77.
“Its partner Pfizer (PFE) also rose as they began testing an omicron-specific vaccine,” Prichard said.
