Yes! Timberland offers free three-day and standard shipping for free to most U.S. addresses, no minimum order required.

There are a few exceptions to this policy, though:

  • Delivery to P.O. boxes will cost a flat-rate of $16.95 for shipping.
  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will ship with 2-day shipping, but you can upgrade to overnight shipping. Additional fees may apply.
  • ShopRunner is not available for orders shipping to APO/FPO address.
  • Items shipped to U.S. territories, including American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

How can I track my order?

You’ll get an email as soon as your order ships with a link to its tracking information.

Alternatively, you can use the Track your order link on Timberland’s website to track your shipment as a guest or by logging into your account.

However, if you’re shipping to a P.O. box, military APO/FPO address or U.S. territory, your items will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail and will not be able to be tracked.

Payment options

Pay for your Timberland order securely with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa Checkout, PayPal, PayPal Credit or ApplePay.

Timberland takes your security seriously and does offer a secure website for checkout. However, if you’re still concerned about the security of your credit card and personal information, choose payment options like Visa Checkout, PayPal or ApplePay, which do not require you to enter your credit card information directly on Timberland’s website.

Timberland offers a 20% military discount.

What is Timberland’s return policy?

You can return your items within 60 days, as long as you haven’t worn or washed them. Just use the prepaid return shipping label included with your order. If you lose it, you can download one online.

Timberland does not accept returns of customized products or gift cards.

Can I exchange my item for a different color or size?

No, Timberland does not offer straight exchanges online. If you need a different size or color, you’ll have to request a return and then reorder your item in the correct size or color.

However, if you bring your item back to any Timberland store, you can exchange the item for a different one, as long as the item you want to exchange it for is in stock.

Are Timberland returns free?

Yes, all returns are free! Just use the free prepaid shipping label that came with your original order. If you can’t find it, you can download a new one online.

How do I return an item to Timberland?

You can return or exchange items bought online at any Timberland-owned store or Factory Outline (not dealer stores).

Or, return your item by mail using the free prepaid shipping label that came with your purchase. Be sure to include your packing slip inside your return package.
