Consider other cards if …
You spend more money at other department stores.
If you mostly buy at Walmart, the Walmart Credit Card could be a better choice. Alternatively, you can check out the My Best Buy® Visa® Card or Costco Anywhere Visa® Card by Citi where you get cash back instead of discounts.
You want higher cash back on specific categories.
For heavy spenders on groceries and gas, the Blue Cash Preferred® Card from American Express may be a better match. However, if you mostly spend on dining, travel, Uber and online purchases — the Uber Visa Card would be a better choice.
You want unlimited cash back on all purchases.
In that case, you should consider the Citi® Double Cash Card, which earns you 1% back when you make a purchase and an additional 1% back when you pay the purchase off for a total of 2% cash back.
Alternatively, the PenFed Power Cash Rewards Visa Signature® Card offers 1.5% unlimited cash back on all purchases, or 2% back if you’re PenFed Honors Advantage member.
