- Latest 12 months’ CPF statement; or
- Latest income tax notice of assessment
For self-employed
- Photocopy of your NRIC (front and back)
- 2 years’ income tax notice of assessment
For foreigners
- Photocopy of your passport (with at least 6 months validity)
- Employment pass (with at least 6 months validity)
- A bill to show proof of address such as telephone or utilities bill

Bottom line
While the UOB Visa Infinite Metal Card does require a minimum income of $150,000 and comes with a high annual fee, the amount of benefits that you get is simply outstanding. Having access to both a normal and medical concierge at any time of day makes life a lot easier and there are many memberships and perks to enjoy while at home in Singapore or when travelling abroad.
