- Annual fee waiver. Your annual card fee on your principal card is waived every year; any subsequent cards typically cost $96.30 per year. However, you can also get this fee waived for the card’s first year.
- UOB dining privileges. Enjoy exclusive dining offers at Din Tai Fung, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Goodwood Park Hotel, Timbre and others.
- SMART$ rebates. Get up to 10% off your next purchase at participating outlets, including Shell, Cathay Cineplexes, Cold Storage, Giant, Guardian, World of Sports and many more. One SMART$ is equivalent to $1.
- Bonus interest. Get up to 2.50% in additional interest if you spend at least $500 per month using a UOB credit card, and credit your salary of at least $2,000 to your UOB One Account.

How do I apply for a credit card with UOB?
A quick way to apply for a credit card with UOB is to choose your card and click on the green ‘Go to site’ button in the table above. You’ll be taken to the UOB website to start your application. Check the eligibility criteria for this credit card to ensure that you meet the requirements before doing so.
Applying online is easy for existing UOB customers, as it can be done through your internet banking; or you can send an SMS.
Eligibility criteria
- At least 21 years old
- Annual income of at least $30,000 for Singapore citizens and permanent residents; or have at least $10,000 in fixed deposit collateral.
- Annual income of at least $80,000 for foreigners; or at least $10,000 fixed deposit collateral.
You will also have to be a member of one of the following organisations:
- Law Society of Singapore
- Alumni Association (of Singapore)
- Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)
- Singapore Medical Association (SMA)
- The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Required documents
For Singaporeans and PR
If you don’t have a UOB bank account but are a SingPass holder, you can submit an application using personal information retrieved from MyInfo. Otherwise, you will need to submit the following:
- Photocopy of your NRIC (front and back), and
- Three months’ computerised payslip; or
- Latest 12 months’ CPF statement; or
- Latest income tax notice of assessment.
For self-employed
- Photocopy of your NRIC (front and back)
- Two years’ income tax notice of assessment.
For foreigners
- Photocopy of your passport (with at least six months’ validity)
- Employment pass (with at least six months’ validity)
- Three months’ computerised payslip; or
- Latest 12 months’ CPF statement; or
- Latest income tax notice of assessment
- A bill to show proof of address such as telephone or utilities bill.
