How to apply for the Singtel UOB Card?
You can start your application for the Singtel UOB Card by visiting this provider’s website. Make sure you meet the eligibility requirements prior to lodging a new application.
If you already a UOB customer then you can log into internet banking and do your application there. If not, make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria below and you have the required documents ready to upload.

- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Annual income of at least $30,000 for Singapore citizens and permanent residents or $80,000 for foreigners; or
- Must be an individual Singtel customer rather than a business

For Singaporeans or PR
If you do not have a UOB bank account but are a SingPass holder, you can submit an application using personal information retrieved from MyInfo. Otherwise, you will need to submit the following:
- Photocopy of your NRIC (front and back)
- 3 months’ computerised payslip; or
- Latest 12 months’ CPF statement; or
- Latest income tax notice of assessment
For self-employed
- Photocopy of your NRIC (front and back)
- 2 years’ income tax notice of assessment
For foreigners
- Photocopy of your passport (with at least 6 months validity)
- Employment pass (with at least 6 months validity)
- 3 months’ computerised payslip; or
- Latest 12 months’ CPF statement; or
- Latest income tax notice of assessment
- A bill to show proof of address such as telephone or utilities bill
