You can earn rebates by using your card at the bar on the weekend, going to the movies, booking travel and even for your Grab car. Plus, get special cashback rates for some of your favourite stores like Sephora, Under Armour and Guardian by RebateMango.

Benefits of using the OCBC FRANK Credit Card

  • Unique designs. With over 120 designs, your card will stand out with its own personality.
  • Entertainment rebates. Head to the bar, a club, cafe or the cinema and get 6% rebate when you use your card.
  • Online rebates. Get a 6% rebate for online or app-based purchases in a range of categories. These include shopping, utility bills, subscription fees, insurance premiums or professional services. Plus, you can take advantage of a 6% rebate on in-store Foreign Currency spending. All other card spend will earn cashback at a rate of 0.3%. Monthly caps apply.
  • Special brand and store rebates. Enjoy certain rebates and discounts for stores like Lazada, Sephora, Nike and more.
  • Sign up deals. As with other OCBC cards, the OCBC FRANK Credit Card regularly offers special introductory deals which are worth keeping an eye on.

Features of the OCBC FRANK Credit Card

  • Annual fee. The yearly fee for principal cardholders is S$80 p.a. and each supplementary card is S$40.
  • Annual fee waiver. There’s no annual fee on this card for the first two years of card membership. Subsequently, you can have your annual fee waived starting on the third year of card membership if you meet the minimum spend requirement of S$10,000 in one calendar year.
  • Interest. Interest is typically charged at 26.88% p.a.
  • STACK rewards. Get access to the STACK Marketplace where you can manage your reward points across multiple programmes in one place.
  • Minimum spend required. In order to qualify for your cash rebates for in-store, online and entertainment spend, you need to charge at least S$600 on eligible transactions every calendar month. Overall rebates are capped at S$75 per month.

How to apply for the OCBC FRANK Credit Card?

If you have decided that the Frank Credit Card is the one for you, start an application via the OCBC website.

From there you will be given the option to apply using MyInfo, or to fill in an application form and submit supporting documents. Before applying you should make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria and have the correct documentation handy. OCBC customers can use their internet banking to apply.

Eligibility criteria

  • At least 21 years old
  • An annual income of at least S$30,000 for Singaporeans and PRs or S$45,000 for foreigners

Required documents

Singaporeans and Singapore PR

  • Your NRIC
  • Latest month CPF contribution history statement; or
  • Latest computerised/electronic payslip and latest income tax Notice of Assessment

Self-employed or commission-based employees

  • Your NRIC
  • Latest month CPF contribution history statement; or
  • Latest computerised/electronic payslip and latest income tax Notice of Assessment

Foreigners

  • Your passport
  • Employment pass with at least 6 months validity
  • Latest computerised/electronic payslip and latest income tax Notice of Assessment; or
  • Letter from your company confirming employment and salary
