Benefits of using an HSBC Revolution Credit Card

The HSBC Revolution offers both cost-saving features and a rewards program. Some of the main benefits of this card are:

  • High reward points. Earn up to 5X rewards points (equivalent to 2 miles per dollar spent) when you charge online, dining and entertainment expenses to your card. There is no minimum spend required to be eligible for the reward points. However, note that the 5X rewards points are capped at 1000 HSBC Rewards points (i.e. up to S$200 spend) monthly. For any other type of expenses charged to the card, you will earn approximately 0.4 miles per S$1 spent.
  • Welcome offer. New cardholders will be awarded with a Samsonite T5 68cm Spinner Astra 55cm Luggage with built-in scale or S$150 cashback with minimum spend of S$800 in qualifying transactions from card approval to the end of the following month. T&C's apply. Ends 31 December 2019.
  • Balance transfer limits. HSBC allows balance transfers from a number of other non-HSBC store cards, charge cards or credit cards, up to 95% of the available credit limit. For approved amounts of S$10,000 and above, you can also enjoy a processing fee waiver.
  • Two years fee waiver. Benefit from an annual fee waiver in the first 2 years. From the third year, the S$160.50 annual fee will be waived if you charge at least S$12,500 for eligible purchases on the card within a year.
  • Petrol discounts. Besides earning reward points for redemptions listed on the HSBC Rewards Catalogue, the HSBC Revolution card also helps you save by offering you 16% discount at Caltex stations (ends 31 Dec 2019).

  • Additional cardholders. Add up to five additional cardholders to your account free of charge and earn reward points for every eligible transaction charged to the card(s). Supplementary cardholders must be at least 18 years of age.
