Currency Online money transfers

Currency Online offers a range of currencies, however, depending on what type of contract or account you open up, you may have more or fewer options available to you for transfer. With Spot Contracts, all currencies are offered for exchange, and you can exchange immediately. However, with Forward Contracts, can only lock in rates for up to 15 currencies.

Currency Online foreign exchange rates

How much does it cost to transfer money?

If you are transferring above a certain amount of money, Currency Online offers zero fees. For example, if you’re selling more than $10,000 Singapore Dollars, there are no fees. If you transfer less than this amount, you may be charged with a modest fee. Your fee will also vary depending on whether you are transferring money online or on the phone. It’s best to check directly with Currency Online to see how much it will cost you to transfer money as it varies depending on the currency and the amount you are transferring.

Minimum transfer amount and available countries

Unlike many other online services, Currency Online does not have a minimum transfer amount. This means that you can make transfers regardless of the amount you’re transferring. Currency Online offers over 25 currencies for transfer as listed above in the table, with the majority of major currencies available.

However, Currency Online does not offer currency transfer to those located in the United States, Japan and Quebec, Canada. There are also some restrictions on Canadian transactions and contracts available. Those located outside of the United States and Canada can still make payments to and receive payments from the United States and Canada.

You can take out a spot contract (use for immediate money transfers) or a forward contract (enter into a contract with the current market rate and make payment in the future).
