While eligibility requirements may vary from card to card, you may expect the following standard requirements:
Age.You must be between 21 and 65 years old (or at least 18 years old for the Standard Chartered MANHATTAN $500 Card and all supplementary cardholders).
Minimum income.Except for students applying for the Standard Chartered MANHATTAN $500 Card, most Standard Chartered credit cards require the following minimum income levels:
S$30,000 for Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents (SPRs)
S$60,000 for foreigners with P1, P2 or Q type Singapore employment passes
Residential status. Singaporean citizens, permanent residents and foreigners can apply for a Standard Chartered credit card. However, foreigners may be subject to higher income requirements and stricter employment criteria.
Credit history. Applicants must have a good credit rating.

Personal details.You’ll need to provide personal details including your name, email address, phone number, residential address and NRIC or passport and Employment Pass Number with the date of expiry.
Credit card information.You’ll need to provide your credit card number and disclose information including your annual income bracket, whether you currently hold a Standard Chartered credit card and the type of card you wish to apply for.

You may raise a request to cancel your Standard Chartered credit card via the Standard Chartered mobile app (available on both the App Store and Google Play). Once you’ve downloaded the app on your phone, go to “Help & Services” -> “Card Management” -> “Credit Card Cancellation”. Select your reason for cancelling your card, the card(s) you want to cancel and then submit your request.
