      Making a claim

      Filing a claim on your Allianz International Health Individual policy is quick and convenient.

      Simply via Allianz’s MyHealth app or Claim Form no later than 6 months after the end of the Insurance year or cover expiry. Make sure to attach all the relevant documents to avoid any delay in the settlement process.

      Evidence and documentation required

      To make a claim, you’ll be required to submit evidence and all relevant documents related to the incident. These may be:

      • Original medical bills or receipts
      • Medical report/discharge summary
      • Medical certificates (if applicable)
