How to use your promo code
Shipping, delivery and payments
Can I get free delivery?
Most tickets on SeatGeek are e-tickets, so you don’t have to pay (or wait) for paper copies in the mail. Just open your e-ticket, sent to your email, and print it out.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, go to SeatGeek.com and click the Track my order icon at the top of the page. You’ll be prompted to log into the account you used to purchase your tickets, or log into using Facebook. Once logged in, you can view your orders, check their status updates and print your tickets.
SeatGeek accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
If you are connecting your SeatGeek account with season tickets, you will be asked to add a payment method to your account. This is so that if you are on a payment plan or want to renew your season tickets in the future, the payment process is a quick and streamlined as possible.
What’s SeatGeek’s refund policy?
SeatGeek will only refund your purchase if the tickets you received did not arrive on time for the event, are not the tickets you ordered or if the event was cancelled and not rescheduled. Otherwise, you cannot get a refund for your tickets.
If you end up not needing the tickets or can no longer attend the event, you can place the tickets for sale on SeatGeek’s marketplace, however.
Can I exchange my tickets for different ones?
No, ticket exchanges are not accepted through SeatGeek.
How do I get a refund for my tickets?
SeatGeek guarantees that your tickets will arrive on time for the event, they will be valid and they will be the same tickets that you ordered. If any of these things do not happen, you can request comparable or better tickets to the event, or a refund.
When’s the next sale?
SeatGeek doesn’t set ticket prices itself. Instead, it finds all the available tickets from a variety of different marketplaces and presents them to you on a single platform so you can choose the best deal. For this reason, SeatGeek doesn’t offer traditional sales like regular retailers. However, you can often find a coupon code to save a couple bucks on your next ticket purchase.
What sets SeatGeek apart?
SeatGeek is one of the largest online ticket providers out there, so you know you’re getting a great deal from a reputable source with every purchase. Unlike many competitors in this space, Seatgeek doesn’t withhold any information from the ticket-buyer, so you’ll know exactly which seats you’re buying and how much you’ll pay.
What do people really say about this brand?
While lots of happy sports and music fans say that SeatGeek is their go-to website to buy tickets, some others haven’t been so happy with their experience. Namely, the company’s stringent no-refund policy seems to have caused some trouble for folks wanting to cancel their order or get their money back.
What is SeatGeek’s history?
Russell D’Souza and Jack Groetzinger first presented SeatGeek as a startup company at a TechCrunch50 conference in 2009. At the conference, SeatGeek was named one of the top five startup companies by VentureBeat and CNET. Since its inception, the brand has raised over $1 billion in funding and is now the official ticketing partner of MLS team Sporting Kansas City, Seattle Sounders FC and the Dallas Cowboys.
How can I contact customer support?
To contact SeatGeek customer service, fill out its online contact form or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also view the seller details on your tickets to contact your seller directly if it is not listed as SeatGeek.
What about social media?
SeatGeek is active on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. You’ll mainly find news and updates about the company and its partnerships, like the most recent announcement that SeatGeek is now the official ticketing partner of the Dallas Cowboys.
Check out the brand’s YouTube channel for pump-up videos of some of its partner teams, plus the occasional funny ad campaign, like “Lifelong fans,” featuring an older couple getting ready to head out to the game.
