      Hi Ali,

Thanks for reaching out to us! The process for unsubscribing from a PureVPN subscription can be a bit difficult, so I’d be happy to walk you through the process.

Firstly, you’ll need to log into your PureVPN account to start your cancellation process.

Once you’re logged in and on the Cancellation Form page, you’ll need to select your username from the drop down menu, as well as fill in the information about why you want to cancel your subscription, and what kind of device it is that you’re using.

It looks like you’ll need to fill out everything in the form, even the “Other comments” section in order to successfully submit it. After that, you’ll receive a notification that your cancellation request has been submitted.

After that, be sure you check the e-mail account that you used to sign up for PureVPN, since you’ll need to reply to an e-mail they’ll send you afterwards to confirm your cancellation.

      Hope that helps!
