What types of transfers can you carry out with LBC?

In partnership with commercial banks and remittance partners, LBC offers various options to remit funds to and within the Philippines, including:

  • Instant Peso Padala. Send money anywhere in Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao via in-person transfers through any LBC branch nationwide. Funds typically arrive within a few minutes. Your recipient can pick up the funds by visiting any LBC branch.
  • Door to door delivery. With its extensive nationwide delivery network, you can have LBC deliver money to your recipient’s doorstep, which typically arrives the next day.
  • Remit to account. Customers can send a cash transfer to a recipient’s bank account, which will arrive 1 day after a deposit has been made.
  • Money remittance partners. This service allows customers to send money from any LBC remittance partner. Recipients can pick up the funds by visiting any LBC branch.

How long do transfers take?

Transfers to bank accounts take one day while home deliveries take between one and two days. Instant transfers are available using LBC branches or partners.

How to send money from an LBC branch

  1. Search for an LBC branch near you.
  2. Fill out the Remittance form. You will need to provide your residential address, contact information, your recipient’s full name, address, and contact number. Present the completed form to the agent, along with a valid ID, money you wish to send, and the transfer fee.
  3. Once your transfer has been completed, keep the receipt and take note of the tracking number issued.
  4. Notify your recipient of the tracking number and exact amount transferred. Let them know they need to bring a valid ID.
  5. Funds are typically available for your recipient to pick up within minutes.
