Where to buy N95, P2 and KN95 face masks online
What's the difference between these mask types and where can you buy them?
Due to the Community Quarantine being implemented in Luzon, most sellers’ logistics operations are temporarily suspended. Please expect temporary shortages of essential goods and delays with your deliveries.
It’s also important to be aware that stockpiling items isn’t actually necessary right now and that over-buying can leave others vulnerable.
The response to the COVID-19 pandemic has led to equipment shortages, especially when it comes to masks. The World Health Organisation has recently changed its advice on whether or not people should wear masks. The advice now is that masks should be worn in public where social distancing is not possible to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
Right now, P2 and N95 masks are out of stock at many retailers. However, the Chinese standard KN95 mask, which meets similar needs, is still available at some online stores. We’re updating this list regularly to reflect availability, but if you genuinely need a mask it definitely pays to check multiple retailers.
Sites to buy P2, N95 and KN95 face masks online
eBay has multiple sellers, so delivery times can vary. You can search by guaranteed delivery date to see which mask will reach you the fastest. If you are buying from an international seller, keep in mind that delivery can take at least two weeks to arrive in the Philippines. Buy in bulk to maximize time and shipping costs.
- Wide selection available

- Bulk purchases possible
Since Amazon’s Marketplace includes multiple sellers, stock levels and delivery times are very fluid. You may have a longer wait, but it’s worth checking out if you can’t find masks in stock elsewhere. Choose priority shipping to receive your package within 3-6 business days.
- Free delivery on some items with Amazon Prime membership
- Wide range available
- See customer ratings before purchasing
What's the difference between a P2, FFP2, KN95 and N95 face mask?Depending on your location, different face mask types are more widely used. For example, in the United States and Canada, N95 are common; in Australia and New Zealand you'll see P2 masks more often; in China, KN95 is the standard. Mask manufacturer 3M, which specialises in filtering facepiece respirators (FFR) masks, offers the following explanation of the main differences between each mask type.

When should or shouldn’t I use a P2, N95 or KN95 face mask in the Philippines?
According to the World Health Organization, the people who will benefit the most from use of a face mask are those who are already sick, healthcare workers who have close contact with sick people, or those who frequent public areas where social distancing isn’t possible.
Masks are most effective when used in combination with frequent hand washing or use of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
