How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email from Payless with a link to your tracking number. If you selected in-store pickup, be on the lookout for a second email letting you know that your package has arrived to your local store and is ready to be picked up.

Pay for your Payless order securely online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Payless gift cards, PayPal or cash.

What is Payless’s return policy?
Payless offers returns on unworn, undamaged items, both in-store and by mail. If you want to return your item by mail, you’ll need to have your original sales receipt or shipping invoice. If you don’t have proof of purchase, you’ll have to take your item to any Payless store to process your return or exchange. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii will also need to bring returns to a Payless store, as mail-in returns are only available within the continental U.S.
- Note: If you used PayPal as the payment method for your original purchase, you must return the item by mail. Otherwise, you’ll receive the refund amount in the form of a Payless gift card if you return your item(s) to a store.
Can I exchange my item for a different color or size?
The only way to exchange an item is to take it to any Payless store. The company does not accept exchanges by mail.
Are Payless returns free?
No, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of a Payless error or you bring your item to a Payless store. You also won’t be refunded the initial cost of shipping and handling for your order.
