How do I get free shipping with Urban Sales?

Urban Sales does not offer free shipping when you place an order at its online store. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your goods, as well as where you are located in New Zealand. Delivery fees for small items going to Auckland, Northland and the Waikato start at $8.
If you live in Auckland, you can pick up your order from the Mt Wellington showroom from Monday to Saturday.

What is Urban Sales’ returns policy?

Urban Sales provides a 7-day exchange or refund on all products. You will need to fill in a returns form and have it authorised by Urban Sales before you can make the return.

Items will need to be in brand new condition and in the original packaging. If you have assembled or used a product, it is subject to inspection upon return and will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
