If you change your mind about something you purchase at TheMarket Black Friday sale, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Eligible returns can be dropped off at a MarketPoint location where they will be processed and returned back to the store they came from. All products returned under the “change of mind policy” need to have the original packaging, tags attached (if applicable) and be in original condition.
Items not able to be returned under the change of mind policy include:
Perishable products (including alcohol)
Hygiene products (earrings, swimwear and underwear) and
Products which have copyright infringement capabilities (gaming software, CDs and DVDs)
When returning an item, you first need to request an authorisation number online in the MyOrders Section of your TheMarket account.
