My email keeps sending a message from netflix telling me they will cut me off as there seems to be a glitch in my payments. It looks alright to me as the payment goes through with my Spark account. Will you enlighten me, please? wondered if it is a SPAM.

      Hi Annabelle,

Thanks for your comment and I hope you are doing well.

First of all, check if the email address is coming from Netflix. Given this situation, I suggest to check first with your bank why they are rejecting auto-debit from your Netflix account. Secondly, you are able to check your billing details and payment information by checking your Netflix account.

Otherwise, it would be best to reach out to Netflix directly regarding this.

Hope this helps and feel free to reach out to us again for further assistance.

What is the best way to get TV reception in a new house in Auckland? Do I still need an aerial or can I use some sort of “box” to attach to my TV and/or computer to get Freeview and connect with movie sites?

      Hi Owen,

Thanks for getting in touch with Finder. I hope all is well with you. 😃

There are different ways you can get a tv reception in a new house in Auckland. The best way to do it would depend on your needs, preference, and budget.

One option is to use a TV aerial. Depending on the reception, it can give you access to Freeview channels.

Yes, you can also use set-top boxes to access more channels as well as Freeview. You can check your local area for these set-top boxes. In some cases, it comes as a bundle with internet services while others, you can buy it outright.

Moreover, you can also get to see movies or shows on internet TV. You can learn more about them here. On the same page, you’ll also get to see other options for streaming.

I hope this helps. Should you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach us out again.

      Have a wonderful day!

      Hi Cecil,

Thank you for getting in touch with finder.

I am unsure which service you’d like to cancel your subscription with, however you may contact your service provider about canceling your subscription of your mobile or broadband. Some providers would let their consumers to cancel their subscription online. If you have an online account with your service provider, please try to do so. Still, my best recommendation is to contact them directly regarding your request since you are not using their service.

      I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other enquiries.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!
