How can I get Purely Piercings free shipping?
If you want free shipping, all you have to do is spend $30 or more and your order will be shipped via courier at no extra cost. If you’re spending less than $30, you’ll have two delivery options available. Standard shipping is $1 per order. This service is shipped via NZ Post and is the popular option for affordability; however, this is not a trackable service. You also have the option to upgrade to Fastway courier, provided your delivery address is not in a rural location. This service is fully trackable and is charged at $3.85 per order.

What is the Purely Piercings returns policy?
You have the right to return any unwanted purchases at your own cost within 14 days of your receipt whatever the reason. All you need to do is complete the returns form that was included in the original shipment and return that along with the item back to the returns address (you can find this on the returns form). All products must be returned in an unopened condition. If the heat sealed bag containing the item has been opened, returns cannot be accepted.
In the event that you have received an incorrect item, or if your jewellery develops a manufacturing defect within the six-month warranty period, send the Purely Piercings customer service team an email and they’ll advise on the next steps to resolving the issue.
