Orders placed by 4pm weekdays are generally shipped the same day. Most customers receive their orders within one working day on the North Island and two to three working days on the South Island.

What is the Pet Direct returns policy?
If you are unhappy with an item you’ve purchased from Pet Direct, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. You will be issued a credit for the amount you paid for the item. If you’re returning goods because of change of mind, incorrect colour, size or flavour you will need to pay for shipping as well as organise shipping costs.
Goods returned must be in new condition, not be expired and be in original packaging with tags attached. To start the returns process contact customer services on 0800 200 240.
