What is Mighty Ape’s returns policy?

If you change your mind about something you order in the Mighty Ape Boxing Day sale, you have 14 days to return most items. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible but you will receive an account credit to use at a later date. A 20% restocking fee may be charged and some items such as headphones, earrings, jewellery and shoes can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

For clothing, you can return items within 30 days as long as they haven’t been worn and still have the tags attached.
