Tips and tricks for shopping the Kathmandu Boxing Day sale

Here are our tips for shopping savvy during the sales this year.

  • Set yourself a budget and stick to it! It’s easy to give in to temptation when there are dramatic discounts everywhere you turn. Try to set yourself an affordable budget before you embark on your sales shopping spree.
  • Make a list. If you’re dedicated to shopping in the Boxing Day sales, some great advice is to plan in advance. Get your camping or hiking gear out and have a real think about what could do with replacing. If you head to the sales blind, it’s likely you’ll come back with stuff you didn’t actually need.
  • Browse in advance. Get to grips with the Kathmandu website before the sale strikes. Make the effort to choose what you want to buy in advance. You could even add the products to your basket so that you’re fully prepared and ready to process your order come sale day.
  • Do your research. Boxing Day brings massive competition. Retailers slash prices across thousands of products in a bid to win your custom. Take a look at competing sites to avoid the disappointment of finding out that you could have got a better deal elsewhere.
