Can I get free delivery?
Yes. Emma Sleep offers free shipping across New Zealand and you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days. Delivery to some remote locations may not be possible and so arrangements will be made to leave your mattress at a drop-off point for you to collect.
Does Emma Sleep offer a trial period?
It sure does. Try out your new mattress for 100 nights before deciding if it’s right for you.
What is Emma Sleep’s returns policy?
The company asks that you try your mattress for at least three to four weeks before requesting a return. If you don’t love it at any point between then and day 100, get in touch with customer service to arrange for a return.
Don’t worry about trying to stuff it back into the box. However, Emma Sleep asks that you wrap the mattress in plastic before it is collected by the courier. It should also be in a good condition.

Yes! Emma will pick up your item at no cost to you.
How do I return items to Emma Sleep?
Contact customer service at support@emma-mattress.com at any point during your trial period to start the returns process.
Customer service will arrange for your mattress to be picked up and you’ll be refunded 100% of the purchase price.
