Who do I ask about my Smart TV when I click on Netflix and nothing happens? Netflix is working okay on desktop. Lightbox is okay so internet connection fine. I watched Netflix last night.

If your connection test fails or you are unable to open another service or app, reach out to your device manufacturer for further assistance. Now if your connection test is successful or you’re able to open other services or apps, reload the Netflix app. You may see further troubleshooting steps on this Netflix page.
