Arvida Group Limited was formed in December 2014. The company operates 33 retirement villages and aged care facilities throughout New Zealand, making it one of the largest providers of aged care services in the country. At the time of writing, more than 4,750 Kiwis called Arvida facilities home.
Arvida listed on the NZX in December 2014 and became a constituent member of the NZX 50 Index two years later. The company aims to offer a dividend distribution to shareholders of between 50% and 70% of underlying profit per annum.
