boohoo’s returns policy

boohoo offers a very fair returns policy on the products. If you don’t love any item that you order from the site, you can return the item(s) within 28 days of the date the goods were dispatched and receive a full refund.

To complete your return, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Package your items back up in the original packaging with the labels and tags intact.
  2. Head to the returns portal on the boohoo website and make sure to have your order number with you.
  3. Decide if you want to pay for postage through the returns portal and print off a label or pay for shipping costs at the post office. It’s advised to use a trackable service in case there are any problems when sending your items back.
  4. Dispatch your item at your local post office once you have completed the online returns process.
  5. Wait to receive an email from boohoo to acknowledge that your parcel has been received. Your refund will appear in your account within seven days.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to exchange an item. Instead, you’ll need to return your original purchase and place a new order at boohoo.

  • Swimwear, lingerie, fashion face masks, cosmetics and pierced jewellery can not be returned for a refund if the hygiene seal is no longer in place.
