How does Bedpost delivery work?

When you purchase a mattress-in-a-box from Bedpost you will get free delivery. For other products, deliveries to addresses within 15 km of a Bedpost store (excluding Waiheke) cost $59, and deliveries to addresses further than 15 km cost $149. Shipping for pillow only orders is $15. You can expect delivery in 7–19 business days for standard orders, or five days or less for a mattress-in-a-box. Mattresses can also be collected in-store if you prefer.

What is the Bedpost returns policy?

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must notify Bedpost within five working days. The company does not have to issue a refund if you change your mind about your purchase, and it is up to the discretion of Bedpost on a case-by-case basis. If it does decide to provide a refund, a booking fee of 10% will be charged, and you may also be liable for return shipping costs.
