What to expect: Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals
You can get a pretty good deal by booking a cruise with NCL during this popular retail holiday, with discounted rates and onboard freebies.
When can I start shopping?
Norwegian Cruise Line usually has early bird deals available before Black Friday even hits. For example, in 2019 its sale kicked off on the Monday before Thanksgiving. So if you're eager to book that cruise, you could start shopping as early as Monday, November 23 this year.
But to make sure you're getting the very best deals, we recommend shopping on Black Friday itself — November 27. If Norwegian Cruise Line follows tradition, the deals will be gone by Saturday.
Norwegian Cruise Line deals and doorbusters
It hasn't released 2020 deals yet. But last year, it offered 30% off all cruises plus five freebies per booking. Cruisers could choose between onboard credit, free open bar, free Wi-Fi, kids sail free, specialty dining and shore excursions.
We expect it to follow suit this year, with sitewide discounts and free perks to sweeten the deal.
Is Norwegian Cruise Line's Black Friday sale online only?
No — most cruise lines, including NCL, will honor deals over the phone, too. But you may need to reference the deal specifically when booking with a sales rep, to make sure the discount is applied to your total.
Cyber Monday deals
While Norwegian might have some sales on Cyber Monday, in previous years we've seen the lowest rates on Black Friday. Our advice? Shop on Black Friday and if you see a rate you like, book it. We doubt you'll regret it when Cyber Monday rolls around.

Follow safety measures that include wearing a mask in public settings, maintaining social distancing and washing your hands. If you are diagnosed, have symptoms of or are waiting for test results for COVID-19 — or are otherwise at risk of illness — do not host, attend gatherings or travel for 14 days. Note that the CDC warns against cruise travel at this time.
