L’Occitane never participates in animal testing and its products are vegan with the exception of beeswax.

Returns and refunds
L’Occitane is happy to accept returns for up to 60 days after purchase. For unopened and unused items, during the first 30 days, a refund will be issued to your credit card. After 30 days, you can only receive store credit. Open or used items are only eligible to be returned for store credit.
