What’s Lenovo’s return policy?
If Lenovo mistakenly sends you the wrong item or you have a technical problem with the item you’ve received, return the full product in its packaging for a refund. If accepted and you’re returning five items or less, you’ll have a total of 30 days (including the 14 days to submit your request) to send your item(s) back.

You will also receive a pre-paid shipping label to use to mail back your return. All returns must use this shipping label, and its cost will be deducted from your return.
