4. Select Book as guest or Book as member and continue with next steps.

Why is my code not working?

Check that the promo code is still valid and available for your trip. Many airline promo codes have timeline requirements that require you to book or travel during certain dates. Other codes may have location restrictions, rendering the discount valid only in certain destinations.

Cancellation, refund and ticket change policies

You can get a full refund if you cancel your flight within 24 hours after booking, as long as the departure date is at least seven days away.

After 24 hours have passed, cancellation fees vary depending on number of days until departure, how long the route is and which class you booked. Regardless, you’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 91 days out. Otherwise, you could pay anywhere between $25 and $370 to cancel or make changes.

Check Korean Air's website for more details on cancellations.
