Industrious review

Its premium amenities earn customer praise but it’s not up front about rates or fees.

Industrious — previously known as Industrious Office — boasts a nationwide network of over 100 coworking spaces featuring free breakfasts, 24/7 office access and unlimited printing. But there’s a signup fee when you register and you’ll have to contact an Industrious rep for membership rates.

What amenities does Industrious offer?

Industrious offices are equipped with a wide variety of standard and premium amenities:

  • 24/7 building access. No matter your schedule, you have access to a workspace, whether shared or private.
  • Printing. Unlimited printing is offered at each Industrious location, no matter your service tier.
  • Herman Miller furniture. All private offices and suites are furnished with Herman Miller furniture.
  • On-site staff. Industrious community managers are available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to greet guests and provide support.
  • Wellness room. Each Industrious location is equipped with a wellness room: a quiet space for nursing mothers.
  • Daily breakfast. A free breakfast is provided each morning in the coworking lounge.
  • Fully-stocked café. Coworking spaces come with fully-stocked beverage fridges and snacks.
  • Weekly events. Networking events, member programming and weekly happy hours come standard for members of private offices and suites.
  • Conference rooms. Need a conference room or phone booth? Industrious locations are equipped with both.

Industrious offers six workspace service tiers. All tiers come with Wi-Fi and 24/7 building access.

Its most basic plan is the Access Membership package: a private office space designed for part-time use. From there, monthly costs and amenities scale up to the top tier of Industrious' offerings: the Canvas tier for teams seeking a customized office suite and unified brand identity.

Industrious doesn’t offer information about its rates or fees on its website, so we had to reach out for more information. The rep we spoke to stated that rates are location-specific, but offered the current rates available in Seattle, Washington.
