Prints are processed 1-2 days from the time you order and expected shipping time is 3-4 working days from dispatch, so you can expect to receive your order within 4-7 working days. Other items take slightly longer to process and typically arrive within 5-8 working days after ordering
In case you change your mind regarding your order or make a mistake on a personalised item, Snapfish offers a 25-minute window from the time of purchase to change or cancel your order.
If there’s a mistake once you receive your order, take a picture of the fault or problem and upload it to your Snapfish account. It advises you to create a new album and title it “Order Problem” and then get in touch. Snapfish will either replace your order, issue a refund, or store credit.
Sometimes Snapfish requests that you return the item so it can clearly identify the fault before resolving the issue.
