Returning any unwanted items to PrettyLittleThing is super easy. Remember that to qualify for return, items must be in an unworn and unwashed condition with any tags still attached, and you need to be within the 14-day returns policy period. If this applies to you, just follow the instructions below:

  1. Head to the returns portal accessible through the website and follow the link to the Parcel Connect website where you can print out a free of charge returns label.
  2. Repackage the unwanted items and don’t forget to put a copy of your delivery note inside.
  3. Stick the returns label on the package exterior.
  4. Pop to your local Parcel Connect Store and drop off your return.

If you prefer to use an alternative courier, you are welcome to do so at your own cost.

Be aware that whilst PrettyLittleThing does its best to ensure that all returns are processed as efficiently and swiftly as possible, it can take up to 14 days from the date you drop your parcel off. You’ll be sent a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been actioned. The returned funds should appear in your account within 3-5 working days thereafter.
