NBAStore offers free shipping promotions to Ireland from time to time. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery to Ireland is estimated to take 5-15 days. Please note that there may be a delay due to the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus.

What is the NBAStore returns policy?

If you are not happy with your NBAStore purchase, simply return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in saleable condition, unused and with tags attached. Returns are inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

Personalised items are only returnable if the garment is faulty, wrong or damaged. Items such as swimwear, underwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Videos, PC games, video games and DVDs that have been opened cannot be returned unless these items are wrong or damaged.

To return an item visit the returns portal online and follow the instructions provided. You will need your order number and postal code to complete this process. It can take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
